Transfer deadline day is underway and Unai Emery will still be in the market, with the potential for incoming and outgoings certainly a possibility.
Aston Villa have had one of their best windows in years. The Villans have picked up some absolutely phenomenal talent, including the likes of Moussa Diaby, Pau Torres and Youri Tielemans.
They’ve also seen a few familiar faces leave. Young forward Cameron Archer departed to Sheffield United, Marvelous Nakamba made a permanent move to Luton and Ashley Young said goodbye for the second time as he joined Everton.

Villa arent necessarily done yet, with Emery still eyeing a potential few late swoops.
The first is an intriguing loan deal with Arsenal for Emile Smith Rowe. The English winger is getting next to no game time at the Emirates, and as a yuoung player needs somewhere to go and flourish.
There is also speculation that Nuno Tavares of Arsenal could also be joining the Villans.
Ben Jacobs from GiveMeSport claims that “There’s no doubt that Aston Villa have that concrete interest and are looking to potentially do something before the window closes.”
Obviously, the Clement Llenglet confirmation is also likely to happen on deadline day, with a Fabrizio Romano ‘Here we go!‘ already confirming he’ll join Villa’s ranks.

As for outgongs, there seem to be a few names leaving Villa Park.
The big news has to be surrounding Phillipe Coutinho, who looks destined for a move away from the Premier League.
Romano has reported that Real Betis and Besiktas have approached Aston Villa to sign the Brazilian winger with the club willing to accept. It’s now up to Coutinho.
Another forward who will depart will be Keinan Davis, who has agreed to join Italian outfit Udinese.
Journalist Will Unwin broke the news, with Udinese in the market for a striker following the departure of Beto to Everton.
Another runour that showcases a player that Villa fans won’t want to depart will be Douglas Luiz.
Liverpool have held internal discussions over the prospect of signing Luiz, as they still search for yet another midfielder to cap off the window.
