Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk has revealed that Nicolo Zaniolo is set to join a Premier League club.
Zaniolo has been linked heavily to the Villains, following the injury to Emiliano Buendia.
The transfer has moved quickly, the Italian appears to be joining the Midlands club in the coming days.
What has been said about Nicolo Zaniolo?
Gala won 1-0 against NK Olimpija Ljubljana in the Champions League qualification rounds Zaniolo was absent from the squad.
Following the match Buruk was questioned about his midfielder.
Talking to NTV Spor, the manager said: “The process regarding Zaniolo continues. He’s a player who wants to play in the Premier League, we respect that.

“If the interests of our club are going to be met, it seems like this transfer will happen.”
This says it all about a potential deal, it must be close.
The Turkish manager did say that he ‘didn’t know what would happen’ but he did say: “We’re going to make reinforcements to our squad.”
Potentially pointing to a move away from the club for some of his players.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the Italian will travel to the UK for his medical with an announcement set to be made.
A great signing for Villa if it happens, based on Buruk and Romano’s words, it is looking more and more likely.
