Tammy Abraham seems to be set for a departure from Roma, with Aston Villa interested in moving for the striker.
Aston Villa have been linked with a move to resign former loanee Tammy Abraham as he looks set to depart Roma.
Abraham spent the 2018/19 Championship season on loan with Villa where he scored 25 goals in 37 games as per transfermarkt.
Such an impressive record for the club would likely see the fans at Villa Park welcome his return with open arms.
However, his arrival would probably signal the end of current club hero Ollie Watkins‘ time here, with interest in him likely to be high.

Abraham back to Villa
According to a report in Calcio Mercato, Roma are believed to be set on selling Abraham in January.
It is also said that there will be a long line of Premier League suitors, which includes West Ham alongside Villa.
Villa have long admired and dreamt of Abraham returning to the club, now in his prime years it could be the perfect time for him to return.
A move however is probably completely hinged on Watkins’ future and whether he is sold or not.
Will Villa sell Watkins?
With a start to the season as good as he has had, Watkins is sure to be top of the list for a huge amount of Premier League clubs.
Watkins is believed to be an option for Arsenal and was linked with Manchester United during the summer.
If he was to go, Abraham would be an incredible player to bring in to replace him. Although, a front two of both would be simply unstoppable.
