Unai Emery has said that young players will be involved in competitions to show themselves off and improve their ability.
In the second leg of the Europa Conference League, Seb Revan and Omari Kellyman both played the full match against Hibernian.
The youngsters gave a good account of themselves, after also playing their part in pre season.
20-year old, Revan, spent last season on loan in National League North with Hereford where he made 24 appearances.

Bulls’ fans were disappointed that the left back wasn’t returning to Edgar Road but it now appears he is in Emery’s plans.
Kellyman is just 17-years old and has made quite a splash this season and in pre season.
He was named as man of the match against Hibs after getting an assist for Leon Bailey’s goal.
What has Unai Emery said about Seb Revan and Omari Kellyman?
As they both played full 90s, it is clear their manager was pleased by their performances.
Neither looked out of place as the Villains came away with a 3-0 win.
When discussing the use of youth academy prospects, Emery said: “We have to plan with our players, young players especially.
“Some competitions are very good to give them chances, opportunities to play and show their capacity to improve.”
This is encouraging for fans to see, but also for young players to see there is a pathway through to the first team under the Spaniard.
With injuries and suspensions as the season goes on, the Villa boss feels comfortable giving minutes to these youngsters.
On this point he said: “We have to use them sometimes. We have to practice with them sometimes – not only on the training ground but playing official matches.”

Villa fans may not have been familiar with either, before the season, but they definitely are now.
Discussing their positive pre season and starting impression, Emery said: “They played in pre-season and I remember Omari played very well against Newcastle for 45 minutes.
“Today they are playing for the Under-21s, and we have to follow them and we have to support them.”
It is clear that the Villa boss is pleased with the prospect coming out of the academy.
When asked about what could come from it he said: “I think our Academy has a good future with some players.”
Looks like Villa’s future is in good hands, adding to the excitement around the club right now.
