Both Aston Villa and Everton lost their opening games of the season making a win this weekend pivotal for each side.
Villa were tipped as potentially Champions League candidates heading into this season, but failed to live up to the hype on game-week one.
The expectations came due to a strong summer window which saw the arrivals of Youri Tielemans, Pau Torres, Moussa Diaby and most recently Nicolo Zaniolo and also the potential addition of Marcos Acuna.
Along with this the retention of world-class Spanish tactician Unai Emery who got them Europa Conference League football last season, meant ambitions were lofty.
However it all came crashing down week one with Newcastle absolutely battering the Villa 5-1.
Now a must win game against Everton awaits the Villains, can they bounce back? Robbie Savage certainly thinks so.

Savage predicts Villa vs Everton
Speaking with TEAMtalk in his weekly Premier League predictions, Savage had a lot to say about Villa.
Savage of course formerly of Birmingham City, so any positive speech for Villa must be recognised and taken as gospel.
“Everton are winless in their last eight Premier League games against Aston Villa and where are their goals going to come from?
“Sean Duche and his team will feel aggrieved, the goal ruled out, absolute nonsense, it should’ve stood. But they go to Villa Park on the back of another defeat in the Premier League.
“Aston Villa, can they bounce back from that hammering at St James’ Park? They’ve lost Tyrone Mings, but it’s an opportunity now for a Pau Torres to come into the side.
“I think there will be goals in this one – all for Aston Villa. I’m going 2-0 for Villa.”
