Aston Villa face Olympiacos on Thursday in the first leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final.
Villa welcome the Greek side to Villa Park before the two teams face off again a week later for the away leg.
Manager Unai Emery is overseeing what could be a historic season, with Villa currently fourth in the Premier League and bidding to get to a first European final since 1981.
The Spanish coach signed a new contract last week, with the progress the midlands club have made under him quite remarkable.
It is sure to be a memorable night at one of England’s most historic stadiums and Villa defender Matty Cash spoke to the media on Wednesday about the one thing the club’s fans do on European nights that the players love.

Matty Cash says Aston Villa fans give players ‘massive boost’
In his pre-Olympiacos press-conference, Cash seemed relaxed as he reflected on a brilliant season so far, as well as looking ahead to the semi-final clash.
The Poland international will hope to be involved in the Europa Conference League again tonight, having scored a dramatic late goal in the quarter-final against Lille to take the game to extra-time.
The full-back also scored his penalty in that triumph amidst the controversy of Emi Martinez‘ second yellow card in the shootout.
Cash is relishing the prospect of such a momentous occasion in front of the Villa Park crowd and spoke of the boost the Villa faithful have given the players on European nights this season.
Cash said on Wednesday: “Ajax and Lille were two really tough games and I think the atmosphere was really good.
“Pre-match we’re going into a different entrance at Villa Park and for the boys we speak about that and it gives us a proper boost when you’re coming up and there’s flares and then both sides are singing.
“It gives us a massive boost to be fair and we’ve had that the last few weeks and it has been great. And obviously tomorrow will be a special night.”
Cash could face familiar opponent against Olympiacos

Villa park will again be rocking against Olympiacos, with the fans of the Greek side anticipated to contribute to an electric atmosphere.
Cash will have to harness the energy in the stadium as he is expected to face a difficult night against a direct opponent he will be familiar with.
Daniel Podence is on loan at Olympiacos from Wolves, for whom he scored for at Villa Park in a 1-1 draw last season.
The winger is expected to start on the left wing, meaning he will likely be up against Cash.

The tricky winger will be keen to impress on his return to England and Cash will have to be wary of the threat the 28-year-old possesses.
He is not the only familiar face at Olympiacos, with Premier League title winner Stefan Jovetic at the club, as well as Nottingham Forest duo Giulian Biancone and Omar Richards; although none of the trio are expected to feature.
