Jack Grealish has welcomed Tyrone Mings back to Aston Villa on Twitter and joked that he wanted to ‘ruin’ the announcement of his return.
The 23-year-old posted an image on his personal Twitter account where the Villa players were warned not to mentions Mings’ signing on social media because the club had yet to announce that he was their player.
Here is Grealish’s message to Mings, as he admitted that he wanted to break the news a lot earlier:

Villa confirmed Mings’ signing on Monday evening, with the 26-year-old making the switch from fellow Premier League side Bournemouth.
Mings’ arrival and signing is a pivotal one for Dean Smith because of how important the powerhouse was to the team during his six-month loan spell last season.
During that promotion campaign, he partnered Kortney Hause and Axel Tuanzebe at the heart of Villa’s defence, with the latter returning to his parent club of Manchester United.
As things stand, James Chester, who has been out with an injury since January, will more than likely partner Mings in defence, but Smith does need extra legs in that area.
It remains to be seen who he will target, but he’ll be pleased that Mings is back at the club.
