Aston Villa fans on Twitter are hopeful that Jack Grealish’s injury isn’t too serious following the 3-0 defeat to Manchester City on Saturday.
Before Grealish was substituted by Dean Smith late in the second half, he appeared to have taken a knock, as he left the Etihad Stadium on crutches.
At this moment in time, this news will be concerning to everyone associated with Villa because they have a number of big games coming up.

On Wednesday night, Villa will host local rivals Wolves in the EFL Cup before taking on the current Premier League leaders Liverpool next Saturday.
The Villa Park faithful are fretting at the possibility that Grealish might end up missing a number of games because of this potential injury.
He was just beginning to pick up some form, and it isn’t a surprise that as soon as his form was picking up, Villa were also putting points on the board.
The biggest concern, at this moment in time, is the severity of the injury, and then how many games he could possibly miss.
But there will also be hope that the injury against City isn’t anything serious and that he is back and ready in no time at all.
Here is a selection of Villa fans on Twitter reacting to Grealish’s injury:
Oh no. Hope this isn't serious.
